I then conduct in-depth research on your niche and industry, and identify digital trends that will be a perfect fit for you or your company and implement those into the content plan each month. My main goal is always to understand the interests and concerns of your target customers and followers, in order to build sustainable relationships, create an engaging community and filter out key customers that will be with you for the long run.
We work together to get clear on your vision, goals and target demographic. I conduct an in-depth analysis on your industry and your competitors, in order to understand what content is working, and what is going to be most relevant to your audience. Using this information, and the current trends in your industry, I create a content plan specific to you or your brand.
I create a moodboard showing what your content should look like, and we go over it in detail until you're completely satisfied. Once we decide on the look, I will edit your existing content and create new graphics detailing your products or services. Sidenote, if you don't have content yourself, you can also book a content creation session. This can be done either on site (depending on your location) or you can ship your product to me.
After the content is created and edited, I put together an aesthetically pleasing feed that matches the exact look we chose. We will look at the result together, so you can provide feedback and have ultimate control on what gets posted to your social accounts. After your final approval, I will schedule the posts along with catchy captions to engage your audience.
Once the feed is posted, I perform full community management and audience building. Ignoring comments, user-generated content, and your followers' messages can lead to a disengaged audience. I take care of your audience by replying to all messages and comments within 24h. This will help your audience and stay engaged and help you grow organically.
At the end of the month, I will send you a detailed report with key performance metrics, like growth, engagement or web clicks. You can also see which of the posts have performed best that month, broken down by impressions and engagement percentage. Further, the report will show the current trends were attacking, the changes that were made over the month, and your accounts growth month over month.
